When you think of a roller coaster you think of spins, flips, zero g, and maybe even a sharp fall or two. Apparently the guys that built the Formula Rossa think of driving through Alabama because the world’s fastest roller coaster holds a new title today: the most sleep inducing video on Youtube. In fact, the video was posted 4 days ago, it’s just every time I go to post about it I fall asleep.

There really is nothing special about this coaster except the fact that it goes 150MPH. If you have been on a plane at any point in your life, then you have gone 150MPH. The only difference is planes give you sexy stewardesses to stare at and demand unreasonable and often illegal things, Formula Rossa gives you a barren desert to stare at and nothing to demand except your freedom when you get off the ride and are taken hostage by a terrorist.

If you are considering going to Abu Dhabi to ride this beast, may I suggest saving your money. You can get a similar experience by placing your head in a toaster oven, throwing sand in your eyes, and falling off your bed.
